Lotus Ladder Collective (LLC) is a women-led organization dedicated to empowering South Asian women in the U.S. who are navigating professional transitions. We create pathways for them to rise with confidence, lead with purpose, and thrive through meaningful service and community engagement.

 

We believe that professional reinvention is a powerful opportunity for impact, not just personally, but socially. Through LLC, women reconnect with their sense of purpose and gain access to skill-building, leadership development, and mission-aligned opportunities to contribute to nonprofit and community-based initiatives.

Founder

Jayshree Bhat is a seasoned leader and social impact strategist with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of higher education, workforce development, and mission-driven innovation. She founded Lotus Ladder Collective to meet a critical need: to support South Asian women in the U.S. who are in professional transition, and to help them transform uncertainty into opportunity through service, leadership, and community impact.

 

With a career rooted in nonprofit transformation, career navigation, and capacity building, Jayshree brings a deep understanding of how purpose-driven work can empower both individuals and organizations. Her vision for LLC is a thriving ecosystem where women rise confidently into their next chapter while supporting the growth and sustainability of nonprofit and community-based organizations.
