Empowering the next generation of South Asian women to rise, lead, and thrive

Program Overview:
Revive NextGen is a signature initiative of Lotus Ladder Collective designed for South Asian female college students who are ready to step into leadership with confidence and purpose. This program bridges the gap between academic life and meaningful career opportunities, helping students gain real-world experience, build professional skills, and connect with mission-driven nonprofits.

Through paid part-time internships, leadership workshops, and mentorship from accomplished South Asian women, participants will develop the tools to navigate career transitions, embrace their cultural identity with pride, and build networks that last a lifetime.

 

Revive Transition

Supporting South Asian women through purpose-driven career pivots.

Program Overview:
Revive Transition is a flagship initiative of Lotus Ladder Collective created for South Asian women in the U.S. who are navigating career transitions, whether reentering the workforce after a caregiving break, pivoting to a new industry, or reimagining their path with renewed purpose.

We recognize that transitions are complex, and powerful. Revive Transition provides a structured, supportive, and culturally attuned space to gain clarity, rebuild confidence, and step boldly into what’s next.

Through skills-building workshops, one-on-one mentorship, career coaching, and connections to meaningful nonprofit returnships, participants rediscover their strengths, expand their networks, and re-engage with work on their own terms.
